4 people dead, 3 others injured in Rockingham County crash, troopers say

According to officials in Eden, the crash happened around 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of Church Street, Carroll Street and Park Road. When first responders arrived, they discovered a City of Eden vehicle was involved.
