Amber Alert update: 4-year-old boy found safe in Fayetteville, two people facing charges

Authorities found 4-year-old Brandis Tyrone Smith Jr. safe in Fayetteville, according to a town of Morrisville spokesperson. The town spokesperson said authorities arrested the child’s mother and her boyfriend.
