Body found near Benson confirmed to be 40-year-old Hope Mills woman

Human remains found in Hope Mills are confirmed to be that of a 40-year-old woman who was reported missing back in July, Rebecca Garcia-James (Fellows). Two people who were arrested in connection to her murder are facing several charges.
