Downtown Raleigh route closing Monday for Red Hat Amphitheater move

South Street in downtown Raleigh is set for a permanent closure starting April 14, as the city gears up for the Raleigh Convention Center expansion. The closure will affect the stretch from Dawson to McDowell Streets.
