Driver facing several charges, including child abuse, after leading state trooper on high-speed chase through Nash & Wake counties

The State Highway Patrol said the trooper tried to pull over the driver, but the car fled on Interstate 587. The trooper chased the driver through Nash County into Wake County, reaching speeds up to 130 mph.
