Dump truck crashes into telephone lines, shuts down major intersection in Johnston County

Authorities said shortly after 1 a.m., a dump truck was driving in a construction zone on Cleveland Road with it’s dump bed up when it snagged several AT&T lines, ripping them from the poles and leaving the dump truck and a pickup truck both trapped.
