Dump truck crashes on I-95, 20 tons of hot asphalt spill onto highway

Just after 2:30 a.m. Saturday 20 tons of steaming hot asphalt were dumped onto the southbound lanes of I-95 near Dunn, when a truck driver fell asleep at the wheel and overturned his large dump truck.
