Family of Hailey Brooks reaches settlement with driver that hit, killed girl during Raleigh Christmas Parade

Attorney Jason Miller said the family of Hailey Brooks has reached resolutions with C.C. & Co., D and L Floats and Landen Glass, who was driving the truck that hit Brooks.
