Fayetteville police investigate crash that left a woman dead and a man facing multiple charges

Luz Arroyo, 64, died after her car was hit, causing her to crash into a utility pole on Sunday morning. Police said 41-year-old Richard Goodyear faces multiple charges, including death by motor vehicle and careless and reckless driving.
