Gas leak closes Hillsborough Street, I-440 in Raleigh near NC State Fair traffic

Hillsborough Street and part of I-440 was closed in west Raleigh on Tuesday due to a gas leak caused by a damaged gas line. The leak caused more traffic headaches for fairgoers.
