Grandmother says Southeast Raleigh High School leaders were warned before grandson was stabbed to death

The fight and stabbing that led to the death of 15-year-old Delvin Ferrell could have been prevented. That’s the message from one woman to school leaders during a forum inside the high school where her grandson was killed a week ago.
