A Hampstead man is accused of kicking and biting a detention officer.Casey Henderson, 24, of Dandelion Lane in Hampstead, was arrested on Sept. 26 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony assault with physical injury on a detention employee.Henderson was charged by the Jacksonville Police Department on outstanding orders of arrest.
