'He was kind': Former classmate remembers Raleigh native killed in Minnesota lawmaker shooting

AJ Richards went to West Millbrook Magnet Middle School and Millbrook Magnet High School with Mark Hortman, the husband of Democratic former Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman. The Hortmans were shot and killed early Saturday in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
