ICE issues arrest detainer for man accused of deadly hit and run crash in Durham

The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement has filed an arrest detainer for Werner Orosco-Clemente, also known as Wilmer Fuentes Meija. He is accused of fatally hitting a 61-year-old Durham man while driving under the influence.
