Lawsuit filed against Fuquay-Varina assisted-living facility where worker pushed woman to her death

According to court documents obtained by WRAL News, the family of Lillie Johnson Cooper filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Windsor Point, an assisted-living facility, after an employee caused her death more than a year earlier.
