Legislative Services Office to detonate explosives in downtown Raleigh Tuesday at site of new North Carolina Education Campus

Crews are expected to detonate explosives Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The office said air horns and announcements will precede each blast.
