Man arrested in connection with shooting at Crabtree Valley Mall charged with assaulting, threatening woman

Jaquez Anthony Brown, 24, was arrested and charged with assault on a female and communicating threats. Investigators determined Brown was directly involved in the shooting incident at Crabtree Valley Mall.
