Mom used T-shirt as tourniquet to help son injured in Sampson County shooting

Two people were injured when a barrage of bullets were fired into a mobile home in Sampson County, a woman said. The woman said she used a T-shirt as a tourniquet on her son’s injured leg until help arrived.
