Motorcycle rider airlifted to hospital after head-on crash on NC 690 in Moore County

According to the State Highway Patrol, a car was attempting to turn onto McGill Road when the driver collided with a motorcycle. The man who was riding the motorcycle was airlifted to the hospital with serious injuries, authorities said.
