One dead and two facing charges after crash closes I-40 East in Johnston County

State troopers said Cheryl Elaine Boesel died on Thursday after being struck from behind on Interstate 40 in Johnston County. Authorities have charged Scott Faircloth and Miriam Biviano in connection with the crash.
