One of men linked to murder of Wake Deputy Ned Byrd has escaped from jail

One of two brothers linked to the murder of Wake County Deputy Ned Byrd has escaped from custody in Virginia. Alder Alfonso Marin Sotelo, 26, was being held at Piedmont Regional Jail in Farmville, Va., where he escaped Sunday with another man.
