Raleigh police link man to ramming police vehicle, chase in stolen truck

Raleigh police have arrested 21-year-old Elmer Bautista Candela, suspected of ramming a pickup truck into a police car last weekend, leading to a chase. No injuries were reported, but Candela now faces additional charges related to the chase and vehicle theft.
