Renewing your driver's license? NC lawmakers want to make it easier, and scrap some driving logs

State legislators on Tuesday moved forward with a proposal to allow North Carolinians to renew their driver’s licenses more often online, and to scrap a requirement that new drivers document their driving practice hours and submit logs to the state.
