SUV crashes on Nowell Road train tracks in Raleigh; no serious injuries reported

CSX crews inspected the railroad tracks on Nowell Road in Raleigh after an SUV crashed on top of them Tuesday morning, according to Raleigh police. There were no serious injuries.
