'The roads are nothing but ice': 4 crashes on I-40 in 8 minutes Thursday morning

The snow has stopped falling, but the lingering slush has turned into ice. Conditions are still dangerous Thursday morning, after plunging temperatures caused roads to refreeze overnight.
