Tractor-trailer fire causing serious backups on I-87 South near Smithfield Road in Wake County

A tractor-trailer fire has closed part of Interstate 87 South in Wake County near Smithfield Road Monday morning. It appears that one lane has reopened, but there’s still some pretty serious backups.
