UNC will begin fall sports season without fans, tailgate ban

The Tar Heels on Friday joined Duke University and others in announcing that fans would not be allowed when the fall sports season begins. UNC – and the rest of the ACC – is still planning on a full slate of college football to begin on Sept. 12.
