Veteran says illegal fireworks ignite New Year's Eve fire, destroying vehicles and damaging home

The New Year began with chaos and devastation for a Hoke County family. Kevin White says an ember from a neighbor’s illegal fireworks – caught two of his cars and part of his home on fire.
