VinFast merger complete, execs ring opening bell at Nasdaq

VinFast stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq today after completing its merger with Black Spade Acquisition on Monday. The closing was reported shortly after the markets closed. Capital raised from the merger and stock offering is expected to help pay for the massive factory it is building in Chatham County.
