Wake County chase involving stolen car, weapon ends with SUV crash in front yard

The driver of a stolen SUV crashed and overturned into a person’s yard Saturday night in Wake County, ending a chase that involved multiple vehicles and a stolen weapon. Two juveniles and an adult were taken to the hospital.
