Watchdog group gives 2 Triangle hospitals 'C' grades

The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade rates hospitals based on infections, problems with surgeries, safety issues as well as practices to prevent errors. WakeMed hospitals in Raleigh and Cary received “C” grades.
