WRAL, N&O, WTVD, New York Times file suit seeking records from NC State

A group of media organizations, including WRAL, the News & Observer and The New York Times, filed suit on Wednesday to ask the North Carolina State University be required to produce records related to the FBI’s investigation of “pay-to-play” allegations in high-level college basketball.
