Around one inch of snow falls across central NC, wind chill brings temps into the teens

Central North Carolina is under a winter weather advisory until 6 a.m., which means that driving conditions will be hazardous until then and power outages are possible. Roads are expected to be slick as snow falls across the state and flurries could temporarily reduce visibility, according to the National Weather Service.
