Maysville is experiencing a town-wide power outage following a beating by Hurricane Dorian early Friday.According to Town Manager Schumata Brown, part of town lost power around 3:30 a.m. and the rest by 4 or 5 a.m. The town’s power is supplied mostly by Duke Energy, but also by Jones-Onslow Electric Membership Corporation and Craven-Carteret Electric Cooperative.There is currently no estimate on when power will be restored, Brown said, but warned it will likely be down […]
