A Jacksonville woman is accused of kidnapping a child.Meridith Elise Farrow-Hall, 53, of Rocky Run Road in Jacksonville, was charged on June 13 by the Jacksonville Police Department with felony second-degree kidnapping.She is accused of kidnapping a person under the age of 16 by removing the child from a place without the consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian, and for the purpose of holding the child as a hostage, according to warrants.Additional details […]
