Krzyzewskiville: How camping in front of Cameron Indoor Stadium became a Duke basketball tradition

Krzyzewskiville began in 1986. Each year, Duke students put up tents and sleep in them outside of Cameron Indoor Stadium.Krzyzewskiville, the iconic tent city outside Cameron Indoor Stadium for Duke basketball games, began spontaneously in 1986 when a group of students decided to camp out for the UNC game. This tradition, named after legendary coach Mike Krzyzewski, has since become a beloved and highly anticipated part of the Duke basketball experience.
