A New Bern man accused of sexually forcing himself on a woman at a birthday party earlier this year has been arrested.Jaime Amilcar Amaya, 29, of Gurten Street in New Bern was charged by the Onslow County Sheriff’s office on Oct. 4 with two counts of felony second-degree forcible sexual offense and felony sexual battery.OCSO Col.
