A Jacksonville man is accused of possessing child pornography.Kristopher A. Kenney, 37, of Jasmine Lane in Jacksonville, was arrested on July 29 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office on two charges of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and two charges of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.According to OCSO Col.
