Parents on the run after 9-day-old baby found near Big Lots in Durham, Amber Alert canceled

An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing baby, Jaxton Brown, who is 8 days old and weighs 7 pounds. Authorities issued an Amber Alert for the baby, Jaxton Brown, who was born on Feb. 18, around 7 p.m. Monday evening.
