Person County speaks with property owner after massive college party

A massive, off-campus party in Timberlake celebrating North Carolina Central University’s homecoming quickly became dangerously overcrowded with an estimated 5,000 attendees. It forced law enforcement to shut it down when first responders couldn’t navigate the area.
