Richlands will be enacting a curfew tonight due to the storm.Town Administrator Gregg Whitehead said Richlands will have a mandatory curfew from 10 p.m. tonight until 7 a.m. Friday morning.According to the latest report from the National Hurricane Center, Hurricane Dorian is moving north-northeastward and is about 70 miles away from Charleston and 170 miles from Wilmington with maximum sustained winds of 115 mph.
