The search for a new town manager for Swansboro has come to an end.The town announced the hiring of Chris Seaberg in an emailed release on Friday, saying Seaberg would begin duties as town manager on Sept. 3.The last day for Swansboro’s interim town manager, Jonathan Barlow, ended June 13 due to the rules of his retirement, The Daily News reported.
