Thousands of runners hit the street for Raleigh's annual City of Oaks Marathon

A Durham woman and a Cary man were the top runners in the city’s annual City of Oaks Marathon, which brought thousands of people out to Raleigh Sunday morning to compete or view the participants as they worked up a sweat on a very chilly morning.
