Two Jacksonville residents were accused of multiple counts of cruelty to animals last month.Stacy Marie Crawford and Kenneth Lowe Warmack, II, both of 509 Crissy Drive, were charged with the same state statutes and county ordinances of misdemeanor cruelty to animals, with Warmack charged with five counts of both and Crawford charged with six counts of both, according to Howard Martin, Director of Onslow County Animal Services.
