Animal Services monitoring area of rabid cat attack

There have been no further reports of people being scratched or bitten in the area where three children were attacked by a rabid feral cat but animal control officers are watching the area.Three children are being treated with proper vaccines after a feral cat attacked them in the area of 433 Western Blvd. in Jacksonville, which is the location of the Bowlarena bowling alley.
