Jerrod C. Smith, 37, of Zack Circle in Jacksonville was arrested June 17 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor simple possess of a schedule IV controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia.Smith is accused of possessing 5 tablets of morphine sulfate, one tablet of xanax and an unmarked pill bottle and a plastic bag to store marijuana, according to warrants.Bond […]
