A Duplin County man won a $100,000 scratch-off lottery ticket prize.Michael Newberne, a fork lift driver from Kenansville, stopped for a Gatorade at the Village Store on N.C. 41 in Wallace when a $20 Ruby Red 7s ticket caught his eye, according to a press release from the N.C.
