Emails provide glimpse of tense exchanges between Durham police chief, ShotSpotter reps

The Durham Police Department's website shows the rollout of ShotSpotter gunfire detection technology has been pushed back to mid-November in the Bull City. WRAL Investigates went through more than 350 pages of city emails about the ShotSpotter technology.
