A Jacksonville teen has been arrested for allegedly threatening to shoot up a school.Madison Gowen, 16, of Onslow Drive in Jacksonville, was charged Aug. 30 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Department with felony communicating threats of mass violence on an education property.Gowen is accused of telling the Onslow County Learning Center assistant principal, “I am going to shoot up the school,” according to warrants.Bond was changed to $20,000 unsecured […]
