JPD searching for runaway 17-year-old girl

The Jacksonville Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a runaway 17-year-old girl.Carrie Williams is a black girl, approximately 5’05″ tall and weighing approximately 120 lbs with black hair and brown eyes, according to a press release from the police department released Friday morning.
